1. Overview
River City CPR provides training in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and other emergency medical courses. By registering for a class, accessing our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our courses are open to individuals who meet the prerequisites outlined in each class description. Some advanced courses may require prior certification or professional licensure.
3. Registration & Payment
- All class registrations must be completed through our approved scheduling platform.
- Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled class.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
- In the event River City CPR cancels a class, full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
5. Certification
Successful completion of a course may result in certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or other recognized bodies. Certification is contingent on meeting all course requirements, including skills testing and written exams.
6. Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
- Use of recording devices during class is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, logos, and website content are the property of River City CPR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
River City CPR is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in training or use of certification. Training is provided in good faith and according to current guidelines, but outcomes may vary.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
