The Stop the Bleed course empowers participants to recognize life‑threatening bleeding and take immediate action. Learners practice proven techniques—direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet use—to control bleeding until professional help arrives.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

Learn lifesaving skills for work, school, or home — including CPR, AED use, choking relief, and basic first aid — while building the confidence to act quickly and effectively in real emergencies.

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens

The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course teaches participants how to protect themselves and others from exposure to blood or materials containing blood. It meets OSHA training requirements when paired with site‑specific instruction and reflects the latest AHA science and education.
