River City CPR provides the latest in American Heart Association training for CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other essential lifesaving skills taught by local healthcare providers. Our classes are hands‑on, supportive, and built around the real emergencies we see. All training follows the most current guidelines and evidence‑based practices.

The Stop the Bleed course empowers participants to recognize life‑threatening bleeding and take immediate action. Learners practice proven techniques—direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet use—to control bleeding until professional help arrives.
